The perfect opportunity to unplug from the busyness of everyday life and to give yourself the space to reconnect to your body, balance your mind and connect to nature through traditional meditation and yoga.
Who is this for?
This is a great first taste of the Ashram for those new to meditation and yoga and who are considering a longer retreat but might be a little unsure about whether these practices are right for them!
It is also perfect for guests and Ashram members who have an existing practice who are looking to have a little ‘me time‘ and to engage with the supportive program of the Ashram when it suits.
Our other retreats are quite often ‘deeper’ and are closed camps. The Weekend Retreat is more relaxed and open which will allow you to guide your journey, if you wish focusing on rest and recouperation and being very gentle with your being or diving deep into your personal sadhana.
You are free to explore the Grampians, but there is a no alcohol or substance use policy.
Even the time poor workers and executives who need a recharge should be able to get Friday afternoon off (so that you can make it here by dinner!)
What is included?
2 nights of accommodation, twin share (same gender), private room or mixed dorm.
Friday – Dinner
Saturday – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Sunday – Breakfast and Lunch
Daily Hatha Yoga classes
