The Weekend Retreat is your opportunity to unplug from the busyness of everyday life and to give yourself the space to reconnect to your body, balance your mind and connect to nature through traditional meditation and yoga.
Who is this for?
This is a great first taste of Kailash Ashram. It is suitable for those new to meditation and yoga and also those with an established practice.
If you have been considering a longer retreat and want a taster prior to committing, we have you covered!
It is also perfect for Ashram members and past students looking to have a little ‘me time‘ whilst being supported by the program of the Ashram.
Our other retreats are are closed camps but during the Weekend Retreat you are free to explore the Grampians. The relaxed atmosphere will allow you to guide your own journey, focusing on rest and recuperation, or if you wish, diving deep into your personal sadhana.
We created the Weekend Retreat because we know what it is like to be time poor, busy and only able to take a few days from work and family.

2 x Daily Hatha Yoga classes (morning and afternoon)
2 x Daily Collective Himalayan Meditation (morning and afternoon)

Plenty of time for personal practice, reflection and exploring the Ashram and Grampians

To keep this retreat affordable, this is BYO linen as standard retreat. A linen set + towel can be hired for an additional fee.
