Day Retreat

During our Weekend Retreat we open the Ashram for Day Visits for those looking to attend a Sound Meditation, Yoga Class or any of the program that is listed here.

You are free to come for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Your Day Visit fee covers all meals and activities and entitles you to access to the full days program.
