Elements of Life

Elements of Life is for those select and sincere students seeking to fast-track their growth and development through personalised, 1-on-1 guidance.

It is an accompanying program to Seven Weeks to the Soul and Elements of Yoga, which will introduce the key practices and theory for your self-reflective activities.

In Elements of Life, you will be given personal, tailored guidance and support each week for 7 weeks and then a monthly check in for 6 months.

This safe container will allow you to unpack your life experience and to extract the gold. We will also set up a healthy, peaceful way of being so that you can get the quickest possible results from your practice.

You will work with Ashram Director David Wegman via zoom for 1 hour each week for the first 7 weeks and then one call each month until 6 months (4 additional integration sessions.)
