In the ancient system of Yoga, we uncover the hidden relationship between mind, body, nature and Soul so that we can live a life in alignment, free from suffering.
During this retreat you will utilise both traditional yogic practices and mindfulness in nature practices to understand yourself according to the yogic framework of 'the Elements.'
These Elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space, Mind and Soul are what constitute our lived experience, and with the knowledge we will share with you you will be able to make lifestyle adjustments to attain a more harmonious way of being/
For those that have attended the Soul Retreat, this is a great second retreat to explore in a deeper way the knowledge of the chakras and elements, and to set up a clear vision for what a life in balance looks like for you.
For students new to the Ashram, you are welcome to join though we will require you to familiarise yourself with the core Himalayan Meditation practice of the Ashram via our online teachings (we will supply it for free after you book in.)
